Personal Data privacy

Personal data collected are subject to data processing to help promote the ESSO activities in external and internal communication, and via press articles and social media. The recipients of the data are ESSO Staff and management for administration and processing, all visitors of the ESSO website, ESSO publications, ESSO e-mailings, journalists and readers of their articles, Social Media followers, Industry Partners and event attendees. Data collected will be kept for 15 years. In accordance with the chapter 3 of the European Regulation 2016/679 with regards to data protection, you have the right to request from ESSO, access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning your data or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
